The importance of recalibration

In addition to our warranty it is crucial to recalibrate your sensors regulary. Calibration is a “necessary evil”. How can you depend on a measuring instrument which is not calibrated on a regular basis? The costs of incorrect and unreliable measurements often ends up being significantly higher than the costs of recalibration services. With recalibration you ensure the accuracy of your sensors. Did you know that all sensors and electronics may drift, they might get polluted or mechanically wear out. These potential issues are something you will want to keep track of and to correct using a reliable, traceable reference standard.

Eliminate downtime with our exchange service

The total process of re-calibration, including taking the instrument out, shipping, customs, serving etc, can in total cover a few weeks, but with our exchange service this will cost you no more than 30 minutes. When you choose our exchange service, we will ship you an exchange flowmeter that is fully refurbished and ready to be installed. With one maintenance activity the old flow meter can be exchanged  and shipped back to us. Order the exchange service already, just email to customer-service@vpinstruments.com.
